Inside The Capilano Tea House

The new Gastown location of The Capilano Tea House and Botanical Soda Company is absolutely gorgeous. Its modern style meets old-world charm is the perfect reflection of their indigenous tea culture in a modern setting. Michelle and Paisley Nahanee elevates their organic tea blends by adding locally harvested herbs like sage, juniper berries, elderberries to name a few. This weekend, we celebrated their grand opening with tea and treats — here's a snippet of the media event and opening.

Congratulations to Michelle & Paisley! Thank you again for sharing your love and knowledge with me. The Capilano Tea House and Botanical Soda Company is now officially open in Gastown. 

Signing off now to enjoy my cup of "Weavers Blend" by Capilano Tea (mix of sage, blackberry and black tea) at my new happy place! I've been hanging out by this tall window at the new apartment. Maximum daylight + a cup of comfort boosts my productivity through the roof. Simplicity is everything.
