— tempura dandelion fritters, onion rings, ranch, spicy mayo

Smoked Trout + Cream Cheese Bagel

—  dill cream cheese, pickled onions, capers, edible flower

Almost half way through the service, Chef began preparing a dish that wasn't originally described on the menu. I love it when there's a surprise course!

It's been a very long time since I've had meatloaf and it was never a dish that stood out to me till I had a taste of this one ...
