No New Years Resolutions for 2018!

One of the biggest lessons I learned last year was DROP. THE. RESOLUTIONS!

This took me way too long to realize. Instead of committing to a list of unrealistic goals and setting myself up for failure, I'm finally comfortable with embracing my imperfections. I find that when I see them as strengths & beauty, there's a positive energy that helps me further improve on the daily. Setting resolutions are great for that New Years kick but I'm more about a long-term approach now. I want to encourage you to do the same for your own sanity: own your uniqueness & live a better life everyday.

Focus your energy on self-improvement and always aim to do something valuable with your time. There will always be some sort of competition or hiccup along the way, but you’ll always come out on top if you do things the right way. Most importantly, stop stressing too much and have fun!

Cheers to a fantastic new year β€” let's kill it together in 2018!

XOXO.
