14 Best Ways To Cook Spot Prawns
Spot prawn season is (finally) upon us again! BC spot prawns are the largest of the seven commercial species of shrimp found on Canada's West Coast and is one of the most sustainable seafood choices in Canada due to the thorough fishing standards and methods used. I like to source my spot prawns from the experts of delicious and sustainably sourced seafood, Fresh Ideas Start Here because their quality is unmatched and their spot prawns can be mistaken as baby lobsters. See for yourself!
