Faubourg Bakery raised $20,000 for BC Cancer!
Faubourg Bakery carried their Macaron Day tradition this year by offering their French macarons for $1 on March 20th, donating 100% of the proceeds to BC Cancer Foundation. With great thanks to all of YOU, all you wonderful people who supported Macaron Day this year, Faubourg Bakery successfully raised $20,000 for BC Cancer Agency. Of course we had to celebrate the occasion with more macarons!
Owner Franck Point went above and beyond by matching the profit earned from macaron sales this year, raising a grand total of $20,000 towards cancer research. He announced 10,000 macarons were sold — that's a record for Faubourg so far!
Congratulations to Franck Point and the Faubourg team for another successful year of Macaron Day fundraising.
